​Established in 1978, BL Systems inc / CEMB USA is a CEMB owned US Company located in Gainesville (Georgia) near Lake Lanier, one hour North East of Atlanta (Georgia).
The name BL Systems was derived from the owner and founder’s name, Buzzi, Luigi.

CEMB has been selling garage and industrial balancing equipment in the US since 1969. Most garage equipment in the earlier years were sold through US companies under private label. Today we still continue to sell to many US companies under private label as well as our own name. There are many end users throughout the US and Canada unaware that the manufacturer of the equipment they have been using for many years is in fact CEMB. Currently we have a complete sales force of representatives and service centers throughout all of the US to help support our wheel service lines of wheel balancers, tire changers and wheel alignment equipment.​

​​In 1946 Luigi Buzzi designed the first balancing machine with a revolutionary solution, covered by patent. From 1946 to 1949 he built up the production of mechanical resonance type balancing machines followed by stroboscopic types particularly distinguished for their sensitivity and robust manufacture. Production was started in 1952 with balancing machines for motor vehicles. In 1954 CEMB commenced the production of balancing machines based on watt meter electrodynamic system, which is still considered as one of the most reliable. In 1960 he encouraged the constitution of an R&D department in the rapidly growing field of electronics: the immediate result was the application of new technologies to traditional systems as well as to monitoring and supervisory instrumentation for large scale power plants. 1969 saw the start-up of the production of rigid pedestal machines which paved the way for new developments. Over the years the organizational and managerial activities have expanded even so Luigi Buzzi has not given up his life-long passion: personal commitment in the design and development of new solutions.
